This financial education class is called “What affects credit scores". During this class we go into detail about how your financial actions affect your credit score. We will discuss what actions carry the most weight in decreasing and increasing your credit. Guided instruction in the ancient Chinese healing practice of Qigong, an ancestor of Tai Chi. This exercise combines slow, low-impact, methodical movement with deep breathing and visualization. It is believed it helps in improving health by lowering stress, cholesterol, and blood pressure, assists in managing a variety chronic conditions, and strengthens the immune system. Our instructor, Annie Allen, is a certified Yoga/Qigong instructor who has been teaching people this practice for over a dozen years. She teaches this technique for the Baldwin County High Football team and serves as a Business Education teacher for the school. She is also a Spanish Court interpreter. Classes take place every other Saturday, Oct. 4 and 18 and Nov. 1 and 15.

Come along with us as we make our way to this historic site and explore this somber but pivotal saga in local history with national significance. This special tour to the wreck site will be guided by our partners from Africa Town Freedom Tours, a group comprised of descendants of Clotilda passengers, storytellers, and community leaders in Africatown dedicated to sharing this important story. It will provide information on the voyage of the Clotilda, its passengers and their lives, and the enduring legacy of that fateful voyage by telling their stories.

Join us for a day of riding, raffles, and community as we come together to celebrate the life of Branson Blevins and support his family during this difficult time.  Poker Run: All bikers are welcome! Meet at Doc Holidays in Foley, AL at 9:45 AM, kickstands up at 10:30 AM. Make your stops along the route to pull your cards — and the rider with the best hand wins! The ride will end at Top of the Bay in Daphne, AL, where the celebration continues with a vendor market full of local small businesses showing their love and support for the Blevins family. About Branson Known affectionately as “Hollywood” on the baseball field, Branson Blevins inspired everyone who knew him with his strength, faith, and radiant spirit. He bravely battled an aggressive form of blood cancer that took his family all the way to Rome for treatment. While this event was planned before his passing, Branson gained his heavenly wings this week. This ride and market will now serve as a celebration of his life — honoring his courage, his smile, and the love he brought to everyone around him. Event Details: $20 per rider | $5 per passenger Raffles every hour | 50/50 Drawing | Silent Auction 100% of proceeds from vendor fees and ticket sales will go directly to the Blevins family to help cover medical and funeral expenses. 50% of the 50/50 raffle will also be donated to the family. Let’s ride, shop, and stand together as a community — lifting up the Blevins family with love, faith, and support as we celebrate Branson’s beautiful life and legacy.
