Challenges of Chronic Pain When:  Tuesdays, 2-3PM Where:  Computer Classroom (2nd floor)   Chronicpain is a challenge that confronts a significant part of the American populace.In fact, almost 21% of the U.S. population-51.6 million adults- live withchronic pain, defined as pain lasting more than three months.  Consequently, those who suffer from chronicpain are often overwhelmed with the stress of everyday life.   Thisprogram is a "hybrid" program that will delve into some of theparticulars of coping with chronic pain. Furthermore, there will be time allotted in the class for discussion andsupport.   Foradditional information or registration, please contact Tim at 256-549-4699,ext. 2124, or [email protected].
