Rather than offering tactics or one-size-fits-all answers, the session focuses on how leaders think: how they assess context, recognize patterns, and choose responses that support long-term stability and growth. In this interactive lab, participants will: Examine common decision points faced by business owners during change Explore frameworks for determining when to act, when to wait, and when to adapt Reflect on real-world leadership scenarios in a confidential, thoughtful setting Strengthen their ability to make decisions that are both strategic and humane The session draws on timeless principles of leadership and change, translated into clear, modern business language. Join us for a Ribbon Cutting as we celebrate with our member, Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery! After 13+ years in the local landscape business, Randy McMullen decided to open a nursery offering high quality landscape trees and plants, outdoor products and landscape materials available in the Southeast. His goal was to provide a “one stop landscape shop” for both contractors and retail customers in the Huntsville/Madison area. Instead of going to multiple locations to find all the materials needed for a job, customers could save time and energy and come to Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery for all of their landscaping needs! Each year, we expand our line of products in an effort to achieve that goal. Randy, along with his oldest son, Corey, travel the country in an effort to locate the finest, healthiest plants in the land. From cold-hardy palms in Florida to Japanese maples in Oregon, we make sure only the best plants come to our greenhouses. Everyone is welcome at Indian Creek. Come by and shop where the pros shop. If you have a desire to become more active in the local business environment, raise awareness about your business or organization, network, and give back to your community, this program is for you! The Emissary Program is designed to increase membership value and retention rates. Members who are offered the responsibility of being an Emissary (advocates for the Chamber to current members) have already shown a strong sense of commitment and dependability by being an outstanding Chamber member. They are then extended an invitation to become a part of this program.   Every year, our Ambassadors and Emissaries donate more than 9,000 hours to build strong Chamber member relationships and raise community awareness, and this Chamber is stronger because of them!
