These deadlines are the same year after year. Please note: If a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, applications will be accepted at the Higher Education office on the next business day. The 2026 Salt River Schools Education Fair will showcase the amazing programs and partnerships that root us in Community, language, and culture, while at the same time allow us to extend our branches and STEMs into Indigenous futures of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Join us Thursday, April 2, from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Accelerated Learning Academy gymnasium to explore and engage with 40+ resource and activity tables! The highlight of the event will be student science fair demonstrations and contests, plus a tradish-ish dinner and dessert by award-winning O'odham Chef Shannon Reina! More information to come! All regular, special, and emergency meetings of the Education Board are open to the public except during executive sessions. Meeting notices are digitally posted on this website and physically posted at the Education Administration at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. Executive sessions may be called by the Education Board to discuss as permitted under applicable laws.
