Students,Physical forms will be handed out by Coaches & Mr. Beck. If your child does not get one, you can print them from the bottom of the Athletic page on the Magnet Cove website. The form must be filled out by the student's parent/guardian and signed by the parent/guardian. The student will keep the form and bring it with them to the physicals. Do not give the form to to your Coach. It is your responsibility to bring it with you. Physicals will be held May 12th in the Middle School Gym directly after school.This applies to any student participating in band, cheer, football, golf, cross-country, volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, or track.
