August 8th Freshman Orientation day.  I will need classroom space for 30 groups.  I would like during the afternoon to have the 9th graders walk their schedules with the bells on and have them get 7 or so minutes with each of their teachers.   August 8th schedule is tentatively: 8:30 meet in the gym 8:45 - 9:25 Assembly in Gym 9:25 - 9:35 find their small groups 9:35 - 9:45 Small groups go to their designated areas.  9:45 - 11:15 Small groups meet 11:15 - 11:45 Tour 11:50 - 12:15 Lunch (If we have funds available) I have also contacted Ms. York about feeding them.  She hasn't responded back yet.   12:15 - 1:45 Students run their schedules with 6 minutes between classes and 7 minutes with each teacher. 2:00 - 2:20 Gym Closing 2:30 Dismissal
