our school has reserved space for:   55 students   You have 2 boy cabins & 3 girl cabins.  There are 12 student beds per cabin.   8 cabin chaperones (7:1 supervision ratio, round up)    There are 2 adult beds/cabin; chaperones sleep in cabins with students.  Chaperones must be fingerprinted adults. Chaperone genders must reflect the numbers of boys & girls.  2 extra chaperones above the minimum may attend for free if there are enough bunks.  1-on-1 "shadow" aides are allowed for students with identified physical or behavioral needs.  Shadows are not counted in the required chaperone numbers. 2 classroom teachers (30:1 supervision ratio, round up)     Teachers share a cabin with other teachers.  1 extra teacher above your minimum may attend for free to provide extra supervision.
