The Carmel Valley Library Family Concert Series presents a different artist each month. Admission is free. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Carmel Valley Library. March's Family Concert: Harold Reeves, violin, & Justine Tiu, harpReeves, a San Diego native and founding member of the San Diego Music Group, has performed alongside members of the celebrated Emerson Quartet. Tiu, a Southern California harpist who has graced stages from Seattle to Savannah, recently served as Visiting Principal Harp of the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra. Together they will perform a program as varied as it is beautiful, drawing on the genius of Debussy, Bach, Saint-Saëns, Paganini, and Piazzolla — a sweeping arc from Baroque elegance to Argentine passion, with a few surprises along the way.
