The name "Leomele" translates to "a song tune" in Hawaiian, reflecting their deep connection to the islands' musical traditions. Now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, they perform traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music, sharing the spirit of aloha with diverse audiences. Summer Music in the Courtyard Join us this summer for the Summer Music in the Courtyard series, a weekly all-ages event featuring a vibrant mix of live music every Sunday afternoon. Set in a welcoming outdoor courtyard, each week showcases a different genre—from jazz and folk to classical guitar, and world music—offering something for everyone to enjoy. And yet learning to draw a human face is often frustrating, especially when we want to create a likeness.  In this 90 minute class, I hope to take at least some of the mysteries out of the construction of the human face, using a step by step combination of the Loomis method  and the Reilly Abstraction method of drawing the human face.
