Join us for Magic Hour, an inclusive playtime in the library, specially adapted for children with autism, sensory processing challenges, or who struggle in large groups. This program takes place on the fourth Tuesday of the month, when the library will be opened especially for this group. It is a time set aside for children and their caregivers to have a wonderful time at the library when it is closed to everyone else. This self guided play time will have sensory-sensitive toys available and the new play space will be open along with the entire Children's area. We keep the lights low and use natural lighting, computers are turned off, and the doors are closed to reduce outside noise and help keep runners and wanderers safe. Itâs a relaxed time to explore, play, and connectâfree from the hustle and bustle of regular library hours. **** Ănase a nosotros para la Hora MĂĄgica, un tiempo de juego inclusivo en la biblioteca, especialmente adaptado para niĂąos con autismo, procesamiento sensorial o que se sienten incĂłmodos en grupos grandes.
