The Holtville Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for the 79th Annual Carrot Festival beginning January 23rd, 2026, through February 8th, 2026.  This year’s Carrot Festival theme is “Hoppily Ever After”. Listed below are some of the main events during the festival:                                  January 23rd – Carrot Festival Coronation/Citizen of the Year Banquet                     Feb. 5th-8th – Carnival Midway                   Feb. 6th – Carrot Festival Kick-off Concert: 7pm on Holt Ave. (Taco Cart & Beer Garden on Holt Ave.)                                            Feb. 7th - 79th Annual Carrot Festival Parade – 10am Craft and Food Booths on Holt Ave & Holt Park starts at 8:30am Carnival starts at 10am Parade Awards – After parade School Drumline Competition – After awards Mariachi Night – 5PM TO 7PM
