During the COVID-19 Pandemic, when Meetings are conducted via video conferencing and not physically open to the public, they will be held at 6:00 p.m.  If the Meeting is being conducted via video conferencing, the video conference and teleconference information posted at the top of each agenda and will allow all members of the Public to participate in said meeting.   The City of Newman posts copies of complete City Council Agendas (with staff reports) on our website.
