Please arrive on time for class as late arrivals will not be accepted.An instructor from Silver Age Yoga will lead a yoga program that can be done on a chair.  Silver Age Yoga is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to provide health enhancing yoga classes for seniors.  Although this program is designed for seniors, all adults 18 and over are welcome.  If you are a new student, print out and complete the attached Silver Yoga participation form and waiver.  Copies will also be available in the community room prior to class.  Please bring water if needed. This program meets on Tuesdays from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
