Xu Xia & Jin’s Dance Studio present Grace in Motion, Memories of Home Sunday evening, May 11th at 7:00pm. Grace in Motion, Memories of Home brings together vocal and dance performances that explore the themes of home, memory, and cultural heritage. Trained at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Soprano Xu Xia has performed at concert halls across China and around the globe. She co-founded the Shenzhen Concert Hall and is currently a visiting professor at universities in China and Hong Kong. Since 2001, Jin’s Dance Studio has offered instruction in ballet, Chinese classical dance, folk dance, and contemporary dance. Founded by Ms. Jin, a graduate of the Beijing Dance Academy with over 30 years of professional experience as a performer, choreographer, and instructor, the studio has trained students who have earned awards at regional and national competitions. There are two ways to purchase tickets (all sales are final): 1) In person– Visit the Playhouse Box Office Thursdays from 3:00pm-7:00pm or day of show starting at 6:00pm. 2) Online– Click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button.
