Let's Read! Join us for an informative parenting workshop that is designed to encourage literacy at home.   Jaime Koo, Coordinator of Family and Community Engagement from the Santa Clara County Office of Education, will be visiting the library to talk with parents and families with Preschool, TK and kindergarten age children about the importance of literacy in the home. During the program you will: --Be able to apply for a San Jose Library card --Learn how to check out books and materials to take home --Learn tips for reading with young children at home --Play with silly sounds and rhymes Free.
