Weekly Schedule: 1st Tuesday: Wellness Yoga. This class is designed for adults of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We'll explore foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
