A separate short trail that leads around the General Grant Tree includes stairs, but can be bypassed to complete the loop. Benches are placed in pullouts along the trails.There is one accessible parking space, accessible flush restrooms, and drinking fountains at the trailhead.

Check your park newspaper or bulletin boards for route information.Walk: A longer trail to Moro Rock begins at the Giant Forest Museum and follows a 2-mile (3.2 km) dirt path.Drive: The road to Moro Rock is shuttle-only and closed to private vehicles on weekends and holidays (except for those with a handicap placard). When the road is open take Crescent Meadow Road to reach the parking area at the Moro Rock Summit Trail. This parking lot has limited spots. Please be aware that parking is very tight and limited.
