Are you 55+ and looking for something to do this summer with your friends? Hoping to make a new friend?  Join us for a day of farming and cooking at Pie Ranch! Get your hands in the dough with this all-inclusive Pie Ranch experience. Begin the day by preparing a farm-to-table lunch with our experienced chef educator based around seasonal ingredients from the farm, as well as bake pie from scratch to serve after lunch in our spacious outdoor kitchen. Enjoy a buffet lunch (prepared by and for your group!) together in the picnic meadow. Schedule of the Day: 8:15 AM: Meet bus at the Woodside Library 8:30 AM: Leave Woodside Library and head to Pie Ranch, Pescadero 9:30 AM: Arrive at Pie Ranch! 9:30 AM-10:00 AM: Welcome circle, overview of Pie Ranch, coffee & tea 10:00 AM-12:30 PM: Hands-on culinary lesson with our chef educator and pie baking lesson on the patio 12:30-1:30 PM: Enjoy a lunch buffet prepared by and for the group in the picnic meadow 1:30 PM: Leave Pie Ranch and head back to Woodside Library. Please note, Pie Ranch is a working farm with dirt paths that would be difficult for visitors in wheelchairs to navigate. Please reach out to woodside@smcl.org if you have any accessibility questions or concerns.
