We will provide a quiet room with tables, some helpful study materials (i.e. pencils, index cards, etc.), and a variety of snacks. This is peaceful place for teens to spread their materials out and dive into their studies. All are welcome to drop in or leave as they wish.

Benny Butterfly wants to be important to our Colorado ecosystem like bees. He attempts to go to extravagant and hysterical lengths to try and fit in with the bees, but ultimately, he can’t be exactly like a bee. Can Magic Dave and friends help Benny understand that just being himself is the best way to go? Based on the book: Make Way for Butterfly by Ross Baruch.  Note: This event is designed for children (ages 5-8) based on the skills we'll be practicing or the tools used. Offering age-appropriate programming allows us to craft memorable and personalized experiences for all our patrons, no matter their age.

Enjoy storytime, songs and play with your little one. Leave with books and fun activities to keep the learning going at home! Everyone is welcome, from grandparents to caregivers. (The program, activities and materials are geared to ages 18 months to 5 years, but younger children are welcome to attend.)  Please register each child and adult attending this program. Drop-ins welcome as space allows! If you are unable to attend this month's in-person program, or if the program is full, you will have the opportunity to register for our Learning on the Go at Home Activity Kit (see below).*  *Registration for Learning on the Go at Home Activity Kits will start Monday, May 19 and will remain open while supplies last. The same in-person program materials will be provided in the mailed kits, so please do not sign up if you are able to attend one of the May in-person programs. The mailed kits will also include a video link to the storytime program.
