If not, Delta County Libraries are here to help!  In April 2025, the Social Security Administration is changing its ID verification protocol. In many instances, you will be required to use your “my social security account” to verify your identity online and access account information. This requires uploading various documents to the SS website. If this sounds daunting, our team can teach you what you need to know. Call the Cedaredge or Delta Library today to schedule an appointment for personalized support. We know change can be hard and technology frustrating. Are you feeling a bit lost with your gadgets? Need a hand with your smartphone, tablet, or laptop? Join us for Tech Tuesday at your Delta Library! Our knowledgeable librarians and volunteers will be on hand to assist you with any device-related questions or issues you may have. Bring your devices and any questions you have, whether it’s about troubleshooting problems, setting up new apps, or learning how to make the most of your technology. No appointment is necessary—just drop by between 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and get the help you need! What to Bring: Your device(s) (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) Any relevant passwords or accounts information Specific questions or issues you’re facing Our friendly staff and volunteers will provide one-on-one assistance and guide you through solutions in a relaxed and supportive environment. All ages and skill levels are welcome!

Get ready to dive into a summer full of stories and fun! Bring the whole family to our all-ages kickoff party, where you’ll create a one-of-a-kind, colorful summer reading t-shirt to celebrate the start of an exciting season of books and adventures. We’ll have everything from paint markers to stencils to sponges to make your t-shirts a one-of-a-kind creation. People of all ages can drop in anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to select and decorate their shirts. We’ll provide the materials – you bring the creativity! Whether you’re a young reader, a teen or a grownup book lover, this is the perfect way to start summer with a splash of color and a whole lot of fun.
