All ages - have a cool collection you would like to show off? Sign up using the Begin Registration button to display it for a month in one of our two display cases upstairs! We encourage kids and teens to sign up, but all are welcome! We have a horizontal and a vertical display case. Please state your preference when you sign up and we will be in touch.We pick a new collection every month - if this month is full, sign up for another month!Please bring in your items to complete your display no later than the fifth of the month or the display will move to the next person on the list.

Adults - need help preparing for the GED or High School Equivalency (HiSET) test? The Coal Creek Adult Education Center (CCAEC) and The Lafayette Public Library have partnered to bring High School Equivalency preparation classes to Lafayette. Earning your High School Equivalency Diploma will improve your chances for employment and advancement as well as allow you to attend post-secondary training.Session dates: Tuesdays from 6-8pm (new sessions may start on the first or second week each month, and new students can join monthly).Cost: Free (donations appreciated) Location: Lafayette Public Library, Upper North Seating AreaRegistration required: On the CCAEC registration page, use the link to sign up for the next session using the event's Reserve a Spot button.
