Build and glaze a cute little house to hold an LED tea light, perfect to use as a sensory light made by you! This one-day class is intended for rising 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students with autism. This class will be taught by noted local ceramist Jessi Gerak. Please note: Jessi will take home all of the campers’ works after class that day so they can be fired in a kiln as the necessary final step in production. All campers are invited back to the Lakewood Library on July 1 starting at 1:00 to pick up their project and celebrate this summer camp experience.
