We will focus on yoga poses and movements that promote strength, flexibility, and stability. Michele or Sandy will guide you through a series of tailored exercises that target key areas such as the core, legs, and arms, helping to build muscle tone and improve overall body strength. Additionally, we will incorporate various balance exercises to help improve stability and reduce the risk of falls. These exercises will challenge your equilibrium and promote bone health while enhancing your body awareness and coordination. This class is for survivors who are post-treatment and have some previous yoga experience. Our class is offered at no cost and fills up quickly. To register or learn more about our yoga facilitators, Michele Lawrence and Sandy Bielenberg, at Inner Peace Yoga Therapy Registration.
