Artist Stephano Espinoza Galarza leads a drawing course on the groundsof the Wadsworth’s historic Austin House, the extraordinary 1930 home of former museum director Arthur Everett “Chick” Austin Jr. and his family. Philippe Halbert, Richard Koopman Associate Curator of American Decorative Arts, starts the morning with a tour of the home’s interior. Please note: Tour and bathroom access require use of stairs; elevator service is not available. Open to adults of all levels of artistic ability. Purchase a drawing kit from the Museum Shop or bring your own supplies. Light refreshments, drawing paper, and same-day museum admission included. Registration required.
