In celebration of America’s 250th, the Middlebury Public Library is excited to showcase books that influenced American culture and history, based on the work Americanon by Jess McHugh. Join us on Friday, April 10th at 1:00pm as we discuss the fourth book in our series. In April, the library will be celebrating McGuffey Readers. Previous works featured this year have been Webster’s Dictionary of American English, The Old Farmer’s Almanac, and Betty Crocker’s Picture Cookbook.

Learn tapping techniques to reduce anxiety and stress. Tapping, otherwise known as EFT, for Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.
