About Us
Neighbors and Newcomers of Westport is a non-profit social organization established to help new and existing Westport residents make connections through common interests and social events. We offer a wide range of activities that appeal to the varied interests of our members. Getting settled in a new community can be a daunting task. Neighbors and Newcomers of Westport is committed to bringing new residents and neighbors together and to create a sense of community. Our members range in age, background and interest. Many hail from all over the globe. Over the past forty years it has been our experience that acquaintances made through Neighbors and Newcomers have developed into life-long friendships for many of our members. You may remain a member for as long as you like even if you move out of Westport! We offer a variety of interest groups, social events and monthly meetings for all to enjoy during the day and in the evening. We try to offer something for everyone. Whether you are new to Westport or have been living here for a while, we offer opportunities to make new friends and get involved in the community.
