Any person may request permission to speak at the meeting or workshop by filling out a public input card-at the entrance to the meeting room and submitting it to the clerk before the start of the meeting or workshop.  Speakers are given 3 minutes to speak.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the Risk Management Department-Lake County School District Off., 201 W.
