Part 2: The Other Part of Your BrainHalf of the brain is dedicated to sensory input and processing. If you’re not activating your senses, half your brain is dying. In Part 2 of Brain Health, the focus is on the least discussed part of the brain; the sensory old brain.This workshop explains the main function of the old brain and the sensory systems that tell your brain how to move through life. Participants will learn about the brain’s neural hierarchy and why it is important to activate these senses for your best daily performance.Because no two brains are the same, brain training is not a one-size fits all approach. You’re guessing if you’re not assessing! Participants will learn how to test if a drill is good for them and the type of activation their brain needs for best performance.Z-Health is not magic; it’s neuroscience. When the brain gets the fuel and activation it needs, the sky is the limit.Participants should register for the first session on Sept. 14 and are encouraged to attend the second session on Sept. 21.
