Join world traveler, Jane Mahler, for an adventure in the Galápagos Islands!These islands, also known as the "Enchanted Isles", located about 600 miles off the coast of Ecuador, are incredibly significant in scientific research. The Galápagos Islands are uniquely located on both sides of the equator in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. The Galápagos Islands are famous for the diverse plant and animal life found both on land and in the surrounding seas. Follow Charles Darwin's footsteps by exploring the same islands and sites he visited in 1835. A parent or adult must attend the first session to provide ID and complete a permission slip for guitar loans.
