Mindful Movement: Flow, Walk, & Connect

This offering is a community-centered wellness experience that combines a vinyasa-based yoga flow with intentional opportunities for connection and outdoor movement. The class begins with a breath-to-movement mindful yoga practice designed to create rhythmic and grounding experience for all levels.Following the yoga session, participants are guided though a mindful walk through the gardens to encourage presence, reflection, and connection with nature. The experience concludes with an optional sit-down gathering, allowing participants to connect, build relationships, and foster a sense of community.This event is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment, particularly for young ladies and women. Surround Sound: Immersive Sound Healing Experience

Join us for the ultimate sound healing event! Join meditation teacher & singing bowl specialist Anthony Profeta for a very unique and immersive 90-minute vibrational sound therapy spa session. During this vibrational sound therapy session, Anthony and his partner will create the ultimate environment of well-being. Participants will lay on a yoga mat in the middle of the room and be fully immersed in healing tones and singing bowls’ vibrational frequencies, which will be set up around the room in a North, South, East, & West direction. This configuration creates an energetic frequency grid around the attendees. Additionally, Himalayan singing bowls and other sound healing tools – such as tuning forks, handheld bowls, & chimes – will be played around your body and placed on you, providing an opportunity for a relaxing and rejuvenating “sound massage.” The sounds & frequencies have been shown to help shift your brain waves into the more relaxed states of alpha & theta, move stuck energy out of your body, and leave your physical, mental, and emotional bodies feeling restored, refreshed, and fully aligned. Bring your mat, favorite blanket and pillow. About the Instructor:Anthony Profeta is a former medical student turned internationally-renowned certified meditation teacher, mindfulness expert, & singing bowl specialist. Evening Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls

Let the soundwaves transport you to a place of relaxation & peace! During this experience Meditation Teacher & singing bowl specialist, Anthony Profeta will use Himalayan Singing bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, tuning forks, & other vibrational tools to de-stress, restore balance, and bring well-being to your body, mind, & soul. If you are new to a Sound Bath Meditation, it is a very therapeutic form of meditation because as sound waves wash over your body, they move the brain into the more relaxed alpha & theta brainwave states. Sound meditations are wonderful for all types of meditators but are especially good for beginners because the tones & frequencies of the instruments give the mind something to hold onto & help cut through the mental chatter quieting the mind.
