The Cottage is thrilled to be hosting our fourth production of V’s (formerly Eve Ensler), The Vagina Monologues! Performances will be Thursday February 5th, Friday February 6th, and Saturday February 7th, 2026 at the Marigold Auditorium for Arts and Culture (373 N. Church St., Winterville, GA).   The play explores sexuality, reproduction, sexual violence, and other topics through monologues by individuals of various backgrounds. All proceeds will benefit The Cottage in providing free services to survivors of sexual violence and child abuse. All performances begin at 8pm and doors will open at 7:30pm. The play is approximately 2 hours with an intermission.

Join us for our THIRD annual CUPID'S PROM, a night of dancing, community and love benefiting Athens Area Habitat for Humanity   At Cupid’s Prom at Puma Yu’s, we will host a professional photo-booth from 10pm-12am by The Lightroom-ATH with  professional event photographers throughout the event, so wear your prom attire and fits!   We’re raising money through our amazing Cupid’s Prom Raffle that includes prizes from 40+ Local  Athens, Georgia businesses (Blue Spiral Med Spa, Drive-By Truckers, Independent Bakery, Tonique Bottle Co., Hi-Lo, Pretty Boy, Kempt, Ritual Day Spa, Seabear Oyster Bar, Condor Chocolates (and so many more!) Additionally raising money through sponsorships from Athentic Brewing and Alma Jaguar Tequila, as well as our Cupid’s Prom Dance Party ticket entry. This year we hope to raise over $3,500 ($1,300 more than last year). Let's party for an incredible cause!   There's plenty of free parking available; please stay safe and do not drink and drive. The exhibit shares the remarkable stories of formerly enslaved people, local Black educators and students of the Reconstruction era, the first students and teachers to integrate Athens schools and the University of Georgia, and the legacy of Black education in Athens.
