A valid MTA card number or address is required on the entry form. The winner must be listed in the household on the entry form. The winner will be chosen at random and notified the week after the event. You do not need to be present to win. The winner will have until Friday, November 21, 2025 to pick up the prize from the MTA Admin Office located at 95-303 Kaloapau Street • Mililani, HI 96789 during business hours (M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Closed on holidays). An alternate winner will be chosen on Monday, November 24, 2025 if the prize is unclaimed.
