The Community Resource Coordinator has partnered with local organizations and welcomed them to the library to connect library users with resources in the community. These pop-ups take place on the front patio of the downtown library. Library users have an opportunity to meet staff from these organizations and ask questions about services, learn about programs, and make appointments.Community partners that may be present include:Terry ReillyTerry Reilly Health Services is a community health center that provides medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services. Patient navigators will be available to make future appointments, learn about their programs, provide education on insurance and social security benefits, and connect to important resources.Our Path Home Street Outreach teamOur Path Home Street Outreach team provides services to those experiencing a housing crisis.
