NO KINGS 3.0: A Day of Community & Resistance Saturday, March 28 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Twin Falls City Park WHY WE ARE MOBILIZING - Against the "Monarchy": We reject rule through fear and federal intimidation. - Protecting Our Resources: Our public money should fund essential services, not mass detentions. - Defending Our Rights: We stand firm against federal overreach and the assault on free speech. THE SCHEDULE 11:00 AM: Gathering & Community Connection 11:30 AM: The Singing Resistance kicks off the rally with songs of hope and opposition Noon: Guest speakers share insights and calls to action 1:00 PM: The Singing Resistance returns to play more songs of hope and opposition 1:30 PM: SIDEWALK DEMONSTRATION. We take our message and our signs to the public sidewalks to ensure our voices are heard! FOOD & REFRESHMENTS We want to ensure everyone stays fueled and energized throughout the entire event! Local Food Truck: We are thrilled to be joined by a local food truck partner who will be on-site for the entire event (11 AM – 3 PM). Come hungry and ready to support a local business that stands with our community! Lemon Made: Our friends at Lemon Made will also be on-site all afternoon with their fresh, handcrafted lemonade. Resistance is sweet! We invite everyone to bring a batch of cookies to our community table to share with fellow activists as we connect and build local power. ACTION & COMMUNITY Sign-Making: Prep your message for the sidewalk demonstration at our dedicated sign-making station. Voter Registration and Information: Stop by for nonpartisan resources on making your voice heard at the ballot box. Community Tables: Connect with statewide Idaho groups working to protect our rights. SAFETY NOTE: This is a peaceful, nonviolent, and family-friendly event. We ask all participants to help us maintain a safe and respectful environment as we exercise our First Amendment rights. Bring your friends, your energy, and your cookies. Sound + Space is a monthly community gathering designed to support rest, reflection, and embodied awareness through sound and somatic practices. This six-month series offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the grounding and calming effects of sound in a shared community setting. Each session is guided by Camille Flournoy of Syringa + Pine Creative, a creative embodiment coach, educator, and sound practitioner with over a decade of experience in education and community-based spaces. Camille’s work blends sound, mindfulness, embodiment, and reflective practices in an accessible, trauma-informed, and non-performative way that welcomes participants exactly as they are. Sessions include guided sound journeys using crystal singing bowls, gentle movement or breathwork, and time for reflection and integration. Each month explores a different theme centered around “space,” allowing participants to build awareness, resilience, and connection over time. Monthly Themes Include: March – Clearing Space: Releasing tension and transitioning out of winter April – Creative Space: Exploring sound as inspiration and creative flow May – Relational Space: Connection, boundaries, and shared presence June – Expansive Space: Embodiment, energy, and seasonal growth July – Integration Space: Reflecting on shifts and carrying practices forward This program is open to adults of all backgrounds and experience levels. It is especially supportive for educators, caregivers, creatives, and community members seeking rest, reflection, and grounding. No prior experience with sound healing, meditation, or embodiment practices is required. What to Expect: • Reduced stress and increased feelings of calm and groundedness • Greater body awareness and emotional resilience • Tools for nervous-system regulation you can carry into daily life • Opportunities for creative and reflective expression • A sense of belonging and connection within the community What to Bring (Optional): Yoga mat or blanket Journal and pen Pillow or cushion for comfort Provided by Instructor: Crystal singing bowls Journaling prompts and facilitation materials Important Registration Information: A donation is required to reserve your spot. Suggested donation amounts will help support instructor facilitation, space use, and ongoing community wellness programming at Culture for Change Foundation. Donations help keep programs accessible and sustainable for all.
