Take & Make: Sign up for our personalized book bag for tweens grades 3-5. Complete this questionnaire the first time you sign up and we will select a book just for you, from the genre of your choice. Complete the return slip when you return your book so we can refine our future selections for you. You will be sent an email when your kit is ready and you will have one week to pick it up. The kit will also contain a few bookish surprises along with a snack or two to enjoy while you read. The book must be returned to the library with the feedback slip but everything else is yours to keep.

Residents must meet at least one of the following conditions under the U.S. Treasury guidelines to participate in this program. Individuals and households may qualify based on income if they fall within the low to moderate income category. The income limits are as follows: for a one-person household, the limit is $42,445; for a two-person household, the limit is $52,260; for a three-person household, the limit is $65,880; for a four-person household, the limit is $79,500; for a five-person household, the limit is $93,120; and for a six-person household, the limit is $106,740.
