Join us for Paws in the Park! Perfect for dogs of all ages. Classes are $25 for a one-hour walk. Join us for Paws in the Park! This one-time group walk is designed to create a structured environment to exercise and socialize your dog, as well as get training. We will walk approximately one mile. One dog per handler, please!This class is held one of the following locations: -3rd Street Stroll, 100 S 3rd Street, Geneva -Lords Park, 100 Oakwood Blvd., Elgin -Festival Park, 132 S Grove Ave., Elgin -Batavia River Walk, 151 Island Ave., Batavia -James Pate Philip State Park, 2050 W Stearns Rd, Bartlett -Randall Oaks Park, 750 N Randall Rd, West Dundee Please note the class time and location before and after signing up. Perfect for all ages! Spend a sunny afternoon with us! Would you like to learn how to teach your dog to settle next to you in a public space? Enjoy a drink with us while we teach you! Anderson Humane will introduce you to engagement, relaxation, and advocacy techniques in order to have an enjoyable time outside with your dog. This class is held outside at: Pollyanna Brewing, 106 S Riverside Ave., St. Charles, IL 60174 Please note the class time and location before and after signing up. This is a one-time, 1.5-hour-long class. The class fee is $65 per dog, not family.   Healing Paws Comfort Animal Therapy Program Think your pet could be a Healing Paws comfort therapy animal? Have them evaluated and find out! Anderson Humane’s volunteer program facilitates visits to senior centers, schools, and other places where people need the healing presence of animals. A minimum commitment of 2 hours per month is required. To schedule an evaluation, please click here. For more information, please contact Kelly Rakunas at 847.697.2880 x29 or [email protected]. Each evaluation will be 20 minutes long and must be scheduled prior to attending. There is a $50 fee for evaluation.

The Bloomingdale Business Connections (BBC) leads group is a category-exclusive group of business leaders that meet for the purpose of getting to know, like and trust each other in order to share leads with each other. The group meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. If a person missed three meetings in a row, they forfeit their spot and if there is a person on the waiting list, they can claim the member's spot. There are no refunds for losing your spot due to absences.  Please feel free to check us out as a guest, bring plenty of business cards and be prepared to give a 90 second infomercial. January 13th is the first meeting of this group.  Since it is a category exclusive group of businesses, those who register first will be given priority in claiming their category seat.  If they choose not to join, then the second person to register in that category will be given the option to join.  To join, there is an annual fee of $60. If you decide to join after the first meeting, you will be invoiced. We do our best to allow as many in as possible. For example, there can be three banks in the group, one for personal banking, one for commercial banking and a third for loans.
