Texas Roadhouse is opening for lunch just for us!  This fundraiser is very important to fund our scholarship fund. This past year we were able to offer 16 scholarships, which sounds great, but we had over 60 applications. If you could read these student's applications, you would be so inspired and humbled. It is most rewarding to be able to offer these scholarships to our local students and member's families.  If you cannot attend, you are welcome to make a donation to the fund by Registering and choosing the Not Attending - Will Donate option, on the next screen choose your donation amount.   If you would like to make a donation for the raffle, please contact Cindy at [email protected].  Thank you for your help and support.  Your donation goes a long way.   Menu: All entrees come with fresh baked bread with honey cinnamon butter and Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert. Entree Choices (made at time of registration) 6 oz Sirloin - Most popular because they are hearty, flavorful and a great value.  Grilled BBQ Chicken - Tender, marinated 1⁄2 lb. chicken breast basted in our signature BBQ sauce. Herb Crusted Chicken - Boneless, marinated chicken breast seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, then seared and served with a caramelized lemon for extra flavor. Above come with house salad and choice of baked or sweet potato Chicken Caesar Salad - Tender strips of grilled chicken tossed with crisp hearts of romaine, Parmesan cheese, croutons and zesty Caesar dressing. Grilled Chicken Salad -  Crisp cold greens, strips of marinated chicken, jack cheese, egg, tomato, bacon, red onions and croutons. Served with your choice of made-from-scratch dressing. Vegan Option -  Event Cancellation Policy  Pre-registration for our events is required so that the hosting venue can prepare an adequate number of meals.  If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so 72 hours in advance of the event. If you are unable to attend the event, but have not notified us at least 72 hour prior to the event, you will be responsible for the cost of the event.

Bunny Bash Saturday, March 28 9:30-11AM Location: Circle Park, 163 Fairfield Way Bloomingdale The Egg Hunt begins promptly at 9:30AM, and the Bunny Bash starts immediately following the hunt. Enjoy lots of activities and non-stop fun for the entire family, including a coloring contest, crafts, entertainment, pictures with the Bunny, refreshments while supplies last, a book walk hosted by the Bloomingdale Public Library, and more. The Egg Hunt is organized by the Bloomingdale Lions Club. Bunny Bash Parking Information Guests attending the Bunny Bash may park in the Circle South lot, a portion of the Johnston Recreation Center parking lot, and available nearby street parking. Please plan ahead, arrive early, and use care when parking so everyone can enjoy a safe and smooth event experience. This is a free special event. All activities will be held outdoors, so please dress for the weather. In the event of inclement weather, the Bloomingdale Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt will be canceled, but a limited number of Bunny Bash activities will be moved indoors to the JRC. The Bloomingdale Business Connections (BBC) leads group is a category-exclusive group of business leaders that meet for the purpose of getting to know, like and trust each other in order to share leads with each other. The group meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. If a person missed three meetings in a row, they forfeit their spot and if there is a person on the waiting list, they can claim the member's spot. January 13th is the first meeting of this group.  Since it is a category exclusive group of businesses, those who register first will be given priority in claiming their category seat.  If they choose not to join, then the second person to register in that category will be given the option to join.  To join, there is an annual fee of $60. If you decide to join after the first meeting, you will be invoiced. We do our best to allow as many in as possible. For example, there can be three banks in the group, one for personal banking, one for commercial banking and a third for loans.
