Industry Exclusivity: Only one business per industry is permitted to ensure a diverse range of perspectives and avoid direct competition. Industry classification will be determined based on the primary NAICS code of the business. Chamber Membership: Must be a current member in good standing with the hosting business association. Commitment to Participation: Strongly encouraged to attend at least 8 of the 12 monthly meetings annually. Actively engage in discussions and contribute to a supportive peer environment. Through monthly roundtable discussions and occasional expert-led sessions, members collaborate to enhance leadership skills, address operational and personnel issues and gain insights to apply within their respective organizations.  Eligibility Criteria Professional Role: Must hold a managerial, director-level, or senior leadership position with direct responsibility for personnel, departmental operations or strategic initiatives. Business owners are not eligible; the group is tailored for professionals operating within organizational structures. Small business owners, we have a group for you. What You Get In March our board game concierge will guide you through all of the hare-y (see what we did there) rules in Wonderland’s War! Wonderland’s War is a highly rated game where the Looking Glass has shattered, madness is being drained from the inhabitants, and war has come to Wonderland. Alice, Mad Hatter, Red Queen, Jabberwock, and Cheshire Cat must gather all that they can while playing nice at the Hatter’s Tea Party before going to battle! Some modern board game experience is necessary.  We will have the game setup when you arrive, do a full teach of the rules and answer any questions along the way, but these are much more complex games that will likely be difficult for someone brand new to the hobby. Ticket includes full setup/teach/questions answered for the duration of the game, your game pass for the entire day, one free drink and a button for completing the concierge game!  You should expect any concierge game to take a minimum of 2 hours to complete.
