The AARP Smart Driver course is the nation's first refresher course specifically designed for drivers age 50 and older. In many states, drivers may benefit from a discount on their auto insurance premium upon completing the course, and you will learn something new along the way. In fact, an evaluation of the course found that 97% of participants changed at least one driving habit as a result of what they learned. You will be registered for both sessions of this event. Payment is due the first day of class - $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members. Checks payable to AARP.

Fun and easy to make, even little hands can help. “These cookie sandwiches are tender, buttery, and melt in your mouth good!” Registration is required. Registration for this program closes Wednesday, March 18 at 8:00 p.m. Pickup March 27 to April 4. Priority for this program will be given to those with Cherry Valley library cards. Those without a Cherry Valley card will be placed on a pending waiting list upon registration. If spaces are available after registration closes, you will be notified of a status change via email.
