If you've attended chair volleyball or line dancing at the Senior Center, or have stopped by the Humana Van for a birthday cupcake, you likely will recognize Kily-Malden Adams, our knowledgeable and friendly Humana representative.  Kily will be in the board room during the hours of 12:30-3:30 p.m. to talk with you about all of your Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment needs.  No appointment necessary--first come, first served. When is the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (MA OEP)? The MA OEP runs from Jan. 1 to March 31. Here are some other important facts about this once-a-year opportunity to enroll in a different MA plan:1 Who can participate: People already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan as of January 1 What changes you can make: Switch to another Medicare Advantage plan, with or without drug coverage Go back to Original Medicare, and if needed, add a Medicare Part D plan How many changes allowed per period: 1 When changes take effect: The first of the following month after receipt of the enrollment request
