The 4th grade class will be traveling to the Museum of Science and Industry on Friday, May 9, 2025. Please complete this form by Friday, February 14 to let us know if you give permission for your student to participate. If you do not complete this form, your student will not be able to attend the field trip. Please note, students who do not participate in the field trip are still required to attend school. Each student must pay $6 to participate in this field trip. Please send payment with your student to class as soon as possible or drop it off in the school office.
