Register (call 847-234-2209 or email Dickinson Hall) and join staff from Dickinson Hall and Lake Forest Library off-site (100 E Old Mill Rd) in a welcoming environment where individuals dealing with memory loss and their care partners can connect and receive support. You do not need to be a Dickinson Hall member to attend. Care partners are required to accompany attendees. Ana Holland Krawec lead the group through a series of gentle, seated exercises designed to enhance strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. The focus will be on mindful movement, adapting poses to suit individual needs and abilities, and creating a supportive and relaxing atmosphere.

We welcome pest-free indoor houseplants, cuttings, and succulents, as well as empty pots, vases, and botanical accessories. There will be pens and paper to label your donated plants to help their future adopter know what they are. Please avoid bringing produce and outdoor plants.If you are unable to drop off your plants today, you may bring them tomorrow during the swap.
