General auditions for Mélange and Repertory Dance Companies will be held May 13-14 from 3:45-6 p.m. in Room 2112. Be sure to sign up in advance. Come prepared by learning the audition phrase (released May 8) and creating a strong 45-60 second original solo in jazz or co......More

General auditions for Mélange and Repertory Dance Companies will be held May 13-14 from 3:45-6 p.m. in Room 2112. Be sure to sign up in advance. Come prepared by learning the audition phrase (released May 8) and creating a strong 45-60 second original solo in jazz or contemporary. Results will be posted the week of May 18th, and all selected dancers are expected to attend a mandatory meeting on May 19. Company placement will take place in August, with dancers cast into either Mélange or Repertory at that time.
