McHenry Fiesta Days is 11 days of fun! The first week (at Petersen Park) starts with our annual Cask and Barrel Night on Thursday, followed by Music Fest weekend! Sunday is a free admission day, which includes the Car Show, Beach Bash, Big Wheel Race and Firework! The carnival runs the weekend of July 11-13, 2025. The second week of events are in Veterans Memorial Park and downtown McHenry. They include the Concert in the Park, Art and Street Fair, Art in the Park and the Parade.

The Marine Corps League perpetuates the traditions and spirit of ALL Marines and Navy FMF Corpsmen, who proudly wear or who have worn the eagle, globe and anchor of the Corps. It takes great pride in crediting its founding in 1923 to World War I hero, then Major General Commandant John A. LeJeune. It takes equal pride in its Federal Charter, approved by An Act of the Seventy-Fifth Congress of the United States of America and signed and approved by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on August 4, 1937. The League is the only Federally Chartered Marine Corps related veterans organization in the country. Since its earliest days, the Marine Corps League has enjoyed the support and encouragement of the active duty and Reserve establishments of the U. S. Marine Corps. Today, the League boasts a membership of nearly 61,000 men and women, officer and enlisted, active duty, Reserve Marines, honorably discharged Marine Veterans and qualified Navy FMF Corpsmen and is one of the few Veterans Organizations that experiences increases in its membership each year.

Fill out your application carefully.  We may use the information you provide to promote your booth on mchenryfiestadays.com and our social media pages.  Remember to send a recent (2023 or newer) photo of your work that we can use to feature your business.  (The best quality photos will also be used to promote the event itself.) This year we will be limiting the number of vendors per category.  The number per category varies depending on the nature of the category.  We do this to protect all of our vendors.  If you apply and your category is already filled, we will refund your application fee.  The following categories have already been filled: Crochet (kitchen items, clothing, quilts, stuffed animals) Jewelry Wood Crafts (Signs and Decor) Woodworking (Furniture, Bowls, Trays, Functional Items) We will have 2 locations for vendors again this year.  Please indicate on your application if you have a preference.  If your preferred location is not available, you will be contacted to see how you would like to proceed. Riverside Drive, McHenry.  This beautiful waterfront park is home to the new McHenry Riverwalk Shoppes and has three grassy areas for over 50 vendors to set up.  It is about 3 blocks from Veteran's Park.  With so much going on downtown during our Art and Street Fair, there is a natural flow towards this location. POLICIES: All products must be original and handcrafted by the applicant. No buy-sell, consultant, or direct sale (multi-level marketing) booths. By applying, you agree to abide by any health and safety guidelines put in place for the event. Submitted pictures may be used to promote the event. Obey all posted parking signs, this includes handicapped parking spaces during load in and load out. Exhibitors are to supply their own display material, as well as tables, chairs, tents, etc.  Each exhibitor is responsible for the set-up, care, and tear-down of their own booth. Weights must be used to secure your tent. All products displayed must be listed on your application. No early takedowns. Entry must be paid in full before application is considered complete.  *No post dated checks.  There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks by the bank. This is a rain/shine event.  NO refunds will be made.  Please be courteous and respectful to all customers, fellow exhibitors, and event staff. We are required to send a list of vendors to the IRS.  You are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax. McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce and the Fiesta Days committee reserve the right to disqualify a booth based on content.  If you are ineligible for a booth, you will be contacted by a staff member and your fee will be returned. We cannot guarantee spots, but try to accommodate special requests.  We do our best to separate vendors who sell similar products, so booth numbers will not be confirmed until the week of the show. ACCEPTANCE: A confirmation email will be sent upon registration.  Complete instructions regarding check-in and parking will be emailed 1 week prior to the show.  If you did not provide an email address, you will need to contact us for additional information.  SET UP will be July 19 from 6:30 am to 9:00 am. Would your organization like to march in the Fiesta Days Parade?  Over 2500 people line the route to watch this popular parade. Parade Rules and Regulations There is a limit of 100 entries.  First preference is given to entries with floats. Chamber Members pay $50.  There is no charge for McHenry Chamber member non-profit (501c3) organizations or any of our Fiesta Days Sponsors.  Non-Chamber member non-profits are $25.  Other Non-Chamber Members, including Political organizations, need to contact the McHenry Chamber for cost. Payment must be received in order for an application to be considered completed.   Signs on vehicles promoting donation or sponsorship by car dealerships outside of McHenry are prohibited.  This may result in ejection from the parade.  If you need a vehicle, please contact Castle Automotive Group, Buss Ford Lincoln, or Sunnyside Dodge Chrysler. Political Candidates or Officials seeking or holding an office must be present in the parade - not just their vehicles and supporters. Please note that in the interest of safety, THROWING OF CANDY OR ANY OBJECTS FROM THE FLOAT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.  Candy and other items can be handed out at the edge of the road. An infraction of this regulation will result in immediate ejection from the parade. NO ALCOHOL is allowed to be consumed or present on any parade entries.  Those violating this rule will be immediately removed from the parade and prosecuted by the McHenry Police Department as it would under normal open alcohol container laws. The parade lineup will be online at www.mchenryfiestadays.com beginning Thursday, July 17.  Included will be rules for your group, as well as the assembly point location, parade route, time, and pick-up and drop-off locations. If all of the above rules and regulations are not adhered to, you will be refused participation in our 2025 Fiesta Days parade and any other future parades. The McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce has the right to reject any entry not complying with the qualifications of this application at our discretion.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED The McHenry Area Chamber Golf League plays 9 holes every Wednesday at 4:30 pm from May 7 through September 3, 2025. Boone Creek Golf Club, located at 6912 Mason Hill Road in McHenry, is the official home of the league. The registration fee (see above), payable at the time of registration, includes: golfer gift at our opening meeting, a chance to win weekly game prizes, end of year banquet and prize ceremony + various administrative expenses.​ On top of this, payable to Boone Creek will be the weekly cart / walker fees: $15 walker / $25 cart Choose to golf with a permanent teammate or golf each week as an individual to give you more opportunities to network. At registration, please select which you would like to do. If you cannot commit to the entire league schedule, consider being on a sub list. It is important that if you plan to play you can commit to the dates and coming as well as arriving ON TIME. A list of rules and all league info can be found here.
