Women in Business | Operational Bottlenecks

Operational Bottlenecks that Slow Your Growth (and how to remove them) In this session, Nora Schlesinger breaks down the three most common bottlenecks that slow growing businesses: the founder, the process, and decision-making. Attendees will learn how to spot where work is getting stuck, why everything keeps flowing back to them, and what to do about it. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s holding your business back, and practical guidance for how to start repairing it. Meet our Speaker: Nora Schlesinger Nora Schlesinger is a fractional COO, operations consultant, and former CEO who helps female founders build the systems, structure, and clarity they need to scale without chaos. After leading her own company through significant growth and a successful acquisition, she brings firsthand experience that shapes how she supports other leaders today. Nora is known for rolling up her sleeves and working alongside founders to turn complexity into manageable operations. Her work blends strategic insight with hands-on execution, helping leaders build businesses that are poised for sustainable growth. Women in Business | Women's Health and Hormone Balance

Women's Health and Hormone Balance Things can feel out of control when our hormones are out of whack. And it's easy to feel powerless and resign yourself to this new normal. The good news is it doesn't have to be that way. This workshop teaches you how to balance your hormones naturally with: Acupressure points to help reduce period cramps, hot flashes and night sweats What small changes you can do to your diet to make BIG impact on hormones What Chinese herbs (food based) you can take to help ease and alleviate symptoms Whether you’ve got a rough period, you're in perimenopause/menopause or on the other side of it, this workshop is for you. With key takeaways you can put into practice immediately, you'll leave the workshop feeling empowered. You deserve to feel refreshed, energized, and regulated and more like yourself. This is the first step on that journey. Meet our Presenter: Lynn Palmgren Lynn Palmgren is an attorney turned licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. She has been practicing acupuncture for over 13 years and has provided over 10,000 treatments. Lynn specializes in acupuncture for pain reduction, insomnia and hormone balance. It started as a solo practice and blossomed into a six member team offering acupuncture, therapeutic massage, clinical hypnosis and Chinese herbs.
