Unity Spiritual Center is excited to host our monthly “Free For All” event from May through September on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The event takes place in front of Unity Spiritual Center at 225 W. Calhoun St., Woodstock. Our Free For All is like a community garage sale — except everything is completely free. Household goods and useful everyday items are available to anyone who may need them. This event is inspired by the Law of Circulation, the belief that giving and receiving keep abundance moving throughout our community. By sharing freely, we help support one another while reducing waste and encouraging connection. Monetary donations are always welcome and help support future community outreach events like this one. Everyone is welcome to stop by, browse, and take what they need.

We are a social group for neurodivergent young adults ages 18–25 who are looking to build friendships, connect with peers, and enjoy social activities in a welcoming and accepting environment. This group is designed for young adults who may be autistic, have ADHD, are AuDHD, identify as neurodivergent, are naturally introverted, or simply find it difficult to connect with others and make friends. A formal diagnosis is not required to participate. Many young adults are successful in school, work, and daily life but still struggle with social situations, finding people they relate to, or building lasting friendships. Our goal is to create a comfortable community where members can be themselves, meet others with similar experiences, and develop meaningful social connections.   Meeting Information Unity Spiritual Center of Woodstock 225 W. A former English teacher and journalist, Amy is also a professional food history lecturer on topics ranging from Midwest sweets to New Orleans cuisine. She is an avid cook, baker, and reader, and never ceases to be amazed by the story of food and the remarkable ways it shapes our lives.
