Families of all incoming freshmen students are invited to join us for an informational meeting. This one-hour orientation session will be offered twice on August 5. Please join us at either 10 a.m. or 6 p.m. in the CPHS Auditorium. At this meeting, we will answer frequently asked questions about the start of high school. We will cover topics such as daily schedules, available support for students, graduation pathways, and more.

Please be certain to arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire session. Students will receive their school Chromebooks as part of this session. Seating is limited per session, so pre-registration is required via this link . Parents of these students will be assisted during these sessions if they are having issues completing the online registration in PowerSchool. A reminder email will be sent prior to the day of training. Sessions will be held in the LGI Center, the new Large Group Instruction Room. Send cancellations or issues to CPHS Parent Help 2.0 . Students who are unable to attend one of these sessions should go to the Learning Commons at CPHS on the first day of school to pick up their Chromebook.

  Bulldog Rush is the annual orientation experience for incoming freshmen at Crown Point High School. This year, Bulldog Rush will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026. We cordially invite all of our incoming freshmen to attend this special orientation event!  During Bulldog Rush, freshmen students will be provided with an hour-long tour of the school. During this tour, students will be able to locate the classrooms on their schedule, find their locker, and pick up a free t-shirt! Students will then attend four breakout sessions. During these breakout sessions, students will receive information about the daily schedule, student supports, school technology, and more. Students will attend presentations hosted by school counselors, staff, and student leaders. Finally, incoming freshmen students will have the chance to meet our extra-curricular club sponsors and sign up for clubs.  On Friday, August 7, there will be a morning and an afternoon session.  * We respectfully ask that all students with last name A-K attend from 8am until 11 a.m.  * Students should be picked up at 11 a.m. * We respectfully ask that all students with last name L-Z attend from Noon until 3 p.m. * Students should be picked up at 3 p.m. In order to ensure that students have a safe, organized, and meaningful orientation experience, we ask all families to adhere to their assigned orientation time. Please check the CPHS website throughout that week as more detailed information about Bulldog Rush will be posted.
