The Tippecanoe County Farm Bureau is excited to host the Little Farmer Pet and Hobby Parade at the Tippecanoe County 4-H Fair. This beloved event will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (EST) in the Coliseum at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds.
The annual parade is a fantastic opportunity for children (up until the second grade) to showcase their creativity and enjoy the fair. Families and groups are also encouraged to join in on the fun. Past themes have included movie characters, nursery rhymes, and sports teams. Participants are welcome to incorporate animals such as cats, dogs, chickens, goats, llamas, and sheep into their entry, though it is not required.
This fun-filled tradition allows children to parade around the Coliseum, present their costumes and stories to the judges, and compete for special prizes.
Participants can sign up for the parade between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM at the designated location between the show arena and the north wing on the side closest to the west wing. Entries will line up at 5:45 PM, with the parade beginning at 6:00 PM.
