ACORN Players would like to announce sign-ups for their upcoming youth summer camp, Something Rotten! "Something Rotten!" is a musical comedy that follows two brothers, Nick and Nigel Bottom, in 1590s England, who are desperate to write a hit play but are overshadowed by William Shakespeare, and who, with the help of a soothsayer, set out to create the world's first musical.
Auditions are May 17 & 18 from 6-9 and rehearsals are Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM starting May 28. Camp ends with performances of the show on June 26, 27, and 28. All auditions, rehearsals, and performances are at First United Methodist Church in West Lafayette. Spaces are limited, so it's recommended to sign up early!
