Dear Parent, Your student entering 6th grade is required by the State of Indiana to have the following immunizations: (must be 11 years old to receive) Tdap MCV (Meningococcal) HPV (Recommended) Please make an appointment over the summer months to have your child receive these required vaccines before starting school on August 6, 2025.  Students not vaccinated by the start of the school will be given 20 school days to become compliant with these requirements. After this date, September 2, 2025 students will be excluded from school until they are up to date.
