Join Adel's Summer Walking Group presented by the Adel Chamber and Dallas County Health Department! We will always start at Adel City Hall. Walking routes will vary. Dogs are welcome if they are on a leash! Participants will be entered into a raffle for prizes including a $100 Visa gift card, vouchers to local businesses, and more! Each session attended = 1 raffle entry.

The Adel Sweet Corn 5K run/walk is hosted the second Saturday in August and takes place on the scenic brick streets in Adel along the parade route in front of hundreds of spectators. Join us for this challenging 5K around beautiful Adel. Award Ceremony at 8:30AM at Start/Finish line.  Medals are awarded for the top 3 finishes in both men's and women's categories. The top 2 men's and top 2 women's in age categories also receive medals. 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 +

Join us Tuesdays for Adel Farmers Market in portions of Main Street in Historic Downtown Adel. 

Beginning at 2pm through 8pm, the following intersections will be affected: Main St & N 9th St Main St & N 10th St Court & N 10th St Road closures will remain in place throughout the market event. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
